Invelis™ is a modular lipid-protein vesicle platform designed to support triggered cytosolic delivery through pH-responsive activation.
Direct membrane fusion
The platform is designed to fuse directly with target cell membranes, bypassing endosomal trapping that limits many delivery systems.
Tumour microenvironment
Programmable activation is hypothesized to take advantage of the acidic local tumour microenvironment while limiting payload release in healthy tissue.
